There is NO such thing as "chronic lyme disease symptoms". Spirochetes can cause nearly every single symptom, including jaundice and schizophrenia, and nearly every single disease (including cold and flu) might cause symptoms similar to Lyme.

You can only guess what kind of disease we have - and, based on guessing, make specific tests. Once again, symptoms below are characteristic NOT only for Lyme.

Ok, let's start with symptoms common for every Lyme infection - joints pain, headache, neck pain, feeling like being drunk, fatigue. They are caused by endotoxin, and are common of every infection of gram-negative bacterium (and half of gram-positive ones). Generally, without them there is no Lyme, with very few exceptions (like very, very limited brain infection)

Very symptomatic is arising of symptoms every 4 weeks.

Let's go with neural damages. They have a pretty big probability to be caused by Lyme (maybe even higher than 1%). Of course not everything in the list below is "neural damage", common symptoms of deficiences are most of them.

- ringing in ears RARELY are caused by lyme, they are characteristic for magnesium deficiency and - in nearly every case - problems with thyroid
- problems with perception, feeling of warmth on random parts of body - they are nearly always caused by a magnesium / calcium deficiency or similar problems
- pain without a reason in random parts of body
- paralyzing of face, especially if both sides are affected
- problems with muscles - lack of coordination, immobility, paralyze, especially if only one side is affected
- psychosis
- problems with talking
- random problems with sense of sight - especially uncommon infections or problems diagnosed as nerve damage

Joints inflammation - it's also very common for Lyme. Very strong pain, problems with moving.

Problems with skin - random inflammations and changes without reason

Lupus - yes, it might be a symptom. In such case curing Lyme will cure Lupus as well.

Multiple sclerosis - again, it might be a symptom of neuroboreliosis, it's impossible to diagnose whether patient got Lyme or MS, they both look equal in a MRI. In some countries it's still uncommon to make Lyme tests in cases of multiple sclerosis, but tests might be inaccurate. I would suggest antibiotics to make sure. If there is Lyme instead of multiple sclerosis, a herx reaction should appear.

Last but not least - random inflammations of vital organs. Especially heart may be affected, but spirochetes might attack everything. If they affect genitals, it will be pain and inflammation that do not react to a standard healing. Affected breast might lead to lactation. With affected liver patient might get jaundice, also not reacting to the standard healing. If these symptoms arise, it's time to make the western-blot test.
